Alone in my house, with only the softs snorts of my fur baby to keep me company, I can finally start to feel a little warmth return to my body. My healthy “ice cream” - frozen bananas, peanut butter, cacao, chia and sunflower seeds- has left me with a chill I haven’t been able to shake.
These are the moments when I wish I had more friends with hot tubs! Not sure a bath has the same feel-good vibes as staring up at a star-filled sky while floating around outside; though, I rest assured there’s less chemicals, bodily fluids and grime in my bathroom than there are in your average whirlpool. Plus, I have one special ingredient that makes my tub-time extra lovely; Lavender oil.
Of all the essential oils I use in my life, Lavender is my favourite. It’s so multi-purpose that it is a must-have for every home. Need some reasons to get yourself some?

Use in cooking to soften citrus flavors and add a flavorful twist to marinades, baked goods, and desserts.
Directions for Use:
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired areas. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
